  • Initial and recurring lawn maintenance 
  • Secure fencing around pool if needed
  • Recurring snow removal
  • Vacancy securing 
  • Before and after pictures 
  • Additional services are on a per item basis and will be   authorized prior to starting work.
Upon Possession:
  • Secure property as needed. 
  • Secure all openings
  • One winterization
  • Interior and exterior debris removal
  • Recurring lawn maintenance 
  • Recurring snow removal
  • Removal of up to two vehicles
  • Before and after pictures
