BPO with NO Comparables: A valuation that will include an "as is" price, suggested list price and a quick sale price.
 
 
Interior and Exterior BPO: A valuation done with interior and exterior inspection, a suggested "as is" price and a suggested list price based on the value after specified repairs have been completed, three sold comparables and a quick sale price.
 
 
Drive by Appraisal: A drive by appraisal performed by a licensed real estate appraiser based on an exterior inspection only. Comparables, condition, size and neighborhood condition will be included.
 
 
Full Appraisal or URAR: A full interior and exterior appraisal performed by a licensed real estate appraiser, including comparables, condition, square footage, age, neighborhood conditions and trends, photos and repairs needed.
