Apply to become a vendor for Leading Edge Companies. You will need to complete the application on the following page. Once your application is reviewed and you are approved the following requirements must be met in order to perform work for Leading Edge Companies, LLC. ALL SHAREHOLDERS OR OWNERS OF THE BUSINESS MUST SIGN ALL DOCUMENTS IN THE APPROVAL PACKAGE.
- Complete, read and sign the LEC Vendor Agreement.
- Complete and sign a W-9 form.
- General Liability Insurance Policy with $1,000,000 coverage limit. In addition, ONLY IF required by your individual State Laws; you must carry an Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy with $1,000,000 coverage limit. Leading Edge Companies, LLC must be added as an additional insured on your policy prior to starting any work. Policy changes should not occur until you have been approved as a new vendor.
- A current Business License
- A copy of your current valid driver’s license.
- A copy of your worker’s compensation policy or letter stating your exemption.
- Auto insurance policy. All vendors that do work for LEC are required to carry automobile liability insurance.
