Leading Edge Companies only works with a select number of vendors and real estate professionals that meet our requirements. If you are interested in becoming an approved vendor or real estate professional, please continue to view our initial requirements and vendor application.

Apply to become a vendor for Leading Edge Companies. You will need to complete the application on the following page. Once your application is reviewed and you are approved the following requirements must be met in order to perform work for Leading Edge Companies, LLC. ALL SHAREHOLDERS OR OWNERS OF THE BUSINESS MUST SIGN ALL DOCUMENTS IN THE APPROVAL PACKAGE.

  1. Complete, read and sign the LEC Vendor Agreement.
  2. Complete and sign a W-9 form.
  3. General Liability Insurance Policy with $1,000,000 coverage limit. In addition, ONLY IF required by your individual State Laws; you must carry an Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy with $1,000,000 coverage limit.  Leading Edge Companies, LLC must be added as an additional insured on your policy prior to starting any work. Policy changes should not occur until you have been approved as a new vendor.
  4. A current Business License
  5. A copy of your current valid driver’s license.
  6. A copy of your worker’s compensation policy or letter stating your exemption.
  7. Auto insurance policy.  All vendors that do work for LEC are required to carry automobile liability insurance.

Once your application is reviewed and you are approved, the following requirements must be met before any work can be performed for Leading Edge Companies, LLC.   3. Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy (AS IS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW) with $1,000,000 coverage limit.  Policy changes should not occur until you have been approved as a new Agent.
  4. Provide a copy of your current Realtor or Appraiser License along with a copy of your current driver’s license.
